my endive caviar flower.
Easy to make with a egg yoke center covered in lump caviar(not expensive compared to the real "stuff")
form the ball on a pretty platter, cover with bulk caviar and then stick endive leaves all around!
Best to have with drinks, 8 people so that when it is finished it is taken away. Not great for a buffet.

Ian & I came to Mexico about 12 yrs ago and I was still traveling back and forth working in the fashion business merchandising and selling beautiful women's clothing.
Now we are following our dream. We bit the bullet and we are doing something we love to do, here at home. We are in the catering business and loving it.

Who would have thought that a NYC gal would wind up in Mexico?
Who Would have thought that I would change my career totally at the almost age of 70?
Who would have thought that going for my dream would be so rewarding?
I am here to tell you that it really is possible.
That 70 in not old.
That you can find real love in your later years.
